Next comes development of the product and of comfortable, practical furnishing projects so that every person can experience his or her very own domestic environment in safety, security and elegance.

The company also pays special attention to the growing demand for environmental protection, so it produces furniture which fully respects the principles of sustainable growth.

The FEG Group was among the first to decide, with conviction, to be fully open and transparent with consumers, and thus ensure they are fully protected. Each product is accompanied by an information sheet which painstakingly describes the materials used in construction and the production procedures employed.
A critical commitment also involves the customer's relationship with such information; that is, the information sheet is viewed as a basic right which every consumer should expect.
At FEG, attention to consumers is placed above every other consideration: their needs and their desire for complete information always come first.

Modern marketing usually defines the sales strategy of a company using four P's: Product - Price - Promotion - Positioning.
We think that there's a fifth P to be considered which does not summarise this strategy but expresses it fully: the P that stands for Person.
It's the reason why we believe it our duty to thank everyone by name. Even if we can claim a product of higher quality on the market, we must remember that the origin of that quality is a company's attitude and style. You might even call it the company's SOUL, which is shared by everyone - from the Managing Director to the last apprentice who was hired.

We will never get tired of asking ourselves, "Why should a customer buy from us instead of from someone else"? The answer is that we enjoy building furniture, and we hope the consumers perceive it when they buy our products.
