Art Deco serves as the design reference, but the forms are anything but by the book. Filled to the brim with Hollywood glitz and glam, they put a modern Italian spin on the retro style.
Throughout, there are surprises, special touches, at every turn. Silver takes the place of gold leaf for a hint of shimmering retro Deco. Onyx adds elegance and fascination to a sideboard, which is backlighted to highlight the beautiful veining of the onyx. And a panel of red colored glass casts a bookcase and a bar unit into starring roles.
The woods are equally impressive. In addition to traditional cabinet woods such as walnut, burl, palisander, and rosewood, Francesco Molon brings exotic species like makassar, ebony, and zebrawood into the design equation. These distinctive dark woods lend a certain graphic Deco quality to the forms, made even richer with a reflective, glossy finish.
With its diversity of style and complexity of execution, Eclectica takes Deco styling to a whole new level. It's a decidedly 21st century riff on a modernist design vocabulary that's full of character, personality and dramatic effects.

A style that considers all aspects of each creation. It starts with the cultural roots, the research of the shape and the materials to use: precious woods such as palisander, various and much sought-after briars, myrtle, cherry, walnut and others. Our creations are enhanced with the most fascinating of inlays, a splendid example are the small leaves that are set one at a time by hand in a previously carved bores to create beautiful and harmonious designs. Inlays can be made with copper, brass, mother of pearl, shell, "tiger eye" and other precious stones.
Each piece of the Carpanelli production bares these rare particulars and even on first impact the class, elegance and research of each particular is in synthesis with our name.
