www.isv.grBabis Ioannou and Tasos Sotiropoulos began their collaboration in 1977, concentrating on the design and planning of building complexes in Saudi Arabia, apartment buildings and private residences in Greece. In 1982 Alexandros Van Gilder joined the team and ISV Architects & Associates was founded.

The architectural firm focused on interior design, an unfamiliar area for most at the time, in conjunction with the design and construction of residential and commercial projects. In 2003, the company, which was originally located at 28 Vassileos Georgiou St., moved to a new building at 129 Thessalonikis St. in Moschato, just 300 meters from the Kallithea ISAP train station.

Today, in the new 1.000 m2 office spaces, ISV employs 45 civil architects, designers, engineers and industrial designers.

In 2006 George Badogiannakis enters the ISV team and a new company is founded, ISV + B Development, which activates in the field of buying land, development studying, constructing and selling mostly high quality residences and professional spaces.
